Our breakfast buffet offers a wide proposal in order to satisfy those who prefer a traditional Italian-style breakfast, the continental one, or even a gluten free breakfast. The cuisine of our chef suits all tastes.
Main meals are served in the recently renewed Zisa restaurant with rich buffet including delicious recipes: starters stand with boiled or grilled vegetable and lots of appetizer, first courses and second courses are at your disposal among the hot dishes.
There are also fresh salads, local products, fruits and a delicious dessert buffet.
During the weekly stays, our chef will propose food and wine surprises with thematic nights.
In the brand new Show cooking area, with open kitchen, Chef Giuseppe Guddo makes and offers excellent meals, with a focus on local and Mediterranean dishes. Moms will be able to make babies’ food in the Mom’s Kitchen.
This area, available every day 24/7, access only for guests with key card, is equipped to prepare lunch and dinner for babies from 0 to 36 months with induction cookers, microwave, blender, baby bottle warmers, fridge, dining sets and baby food.
"Al Saraceno" pizzeria and restaurant is the pride of Saracen Hotel, located on the beautiful terrace with a picturesque view of the blue sea and the red sunset. It opens every evening during summer, except on Mondays from 7.30pm, also to no resident guests.
Guests can enjoy coffee and cold drinks in the bar inside the hotel or in the outdoor bars: the one next to the Belvedere pool, overlooking the sea, or next to the Relax pool close to sport facilities and Mini Club.
